Alma did an amazing job in helping me sell my condo. We received multiple offers. Most importantly, she gave me correct information on how to obtain the capital gains tax exemption and held my hand through the many, sometimes complicated steps. In the end, I was given the exemption. Otherwise it would have been a 35% tax on the gains. Also, she speaks perfect English so there is no language barrier. I would not hesitate to recommend her if you are planning to buy or sell real estate in Los Cabos.
